Aquarian Lawn Sprinklers
provides to consumers a professional service. As a result of our
professionalism we offer our irrigation customers a warranty on
installations and repair services as follows:
All materials and
labor are warranted for the time period specified below:
60 Months Materials- Rain Bird Products
Only
12 Months Materials - All Other Non Rain
Bird Products
90 Days Labor - Labor performed by
Aquarian Lawn Sprinklers LLC or it's employees
Materials and/or labor are warranted against defects in
mechanism and workmanship for the extent of the warranty. Warranty does
not apply to damages caused directly or indirectly by customer negligence
such as "my wife ran over a sprinkler head", "the head got chopped off by
the lawnmower", "my dog chewed a sprinkler head", "the pool contractor
busted my pipe", "the patio guy poured concrete over my heads" and
yes, we've heard them all. Our warranty does not apply to damages
caused by any act of nature including, but not limited to: fire,
lightning, flooding, tornadoes, hurricanes or freezing.
Acts
of nature are beyond anyone's control, however customer negligence is
beyond our control and therefore we feel that it is fair to all of our
customers to not cover charges for warranty incurred due to these
circumstances. Our warranty does cover our products and workmanship
as this is the service that we proudly provide to our customers.
